Of course we will do anything to make sure you're a satisfied customer. Would you still like to return a product to us? You can always use your right of withdrawal, which contains that within 14 days of receiving your product you can notify us and return the product. Send us an email at sup@99webshops.com with your contact details + order number, so we can set up a return order. The return amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, this will be within 30 days of using the right of withdrawal. If you return a product you are responsible for loss or damage that could be caused. Always save your packaging and treat it carefully. Make sure you always have a proof of sending back the item, like a shipping receipt or tracking code. After your product has been returned, one of our employees will examine the item to see the state of the returned product. After this you will you will receive a report with information about your refund or exchange.
