Of course we will do anything to make sure you're a satisfied customer. Would you still like to return a product to us? You can always use your right of withdrawal, which contains that within 14 days of receiving your product you can notify us and return the product. Send us an email at sup@99webshops.com with your contact details + order number, so we can set up a return order. The return amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, this will be within 30 days of using the right of withdrawal.
